Raspberry Pi 5MP Camera Module OV5647 (Chinese)
The 5MP camera module can capture 1080p video and still images, connecting directly to your Raspberry Pi. Simply attach the included ribbon cable to the CSI (Camera Serial Interface) port on your Raspberry Pi, boot up the latest Raspbian version, and you’re all set!
The board is compact, measuring approximately 25mm x 20mm x 9mm and weighing just over 3g, making it ideal for mobile or other applications where size and weight are critical. The sensor offers a native resolution of 5 megapixels and features a fixed-focus lens. For still images, the camera can produce static images at a resolution of 2592 x 1944 pixels, and it also supports video recording in 1080p30, 720p60, and 640x480p60/90 formats. Please note that this module is only capable of capturing images and video, without sound.
