The Moisture Test Instrument PCE-MWM 220 is designed to accurately measure the moisture content in bulk materials and liquids, such as sand, gravel, oil, and fuels. This instrument is vital for industries where moisture content plays a crucial role in product quality and production processes. The device consists of an electronic unit and a sensor, which is made of high-quality stainless steel. The sensor is designed as a pipe section with stainless steel flanges and a flat-topped stainless steel probe, equipped with a thermocouple for precise temperature control.

The moisture meter is available in several versions, with different nominal bores (DN 50, DN 80, DN 125 mm) and varying allowable pressures (PN 1.6 to PN 10.0), making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. The material composition of the device ensures that it is resistant to corrosion, abrasive materials, and mechanical stress, while also being capable of withstanding high temperatures (up to 145°C) and even higher temperatures upon request (up to 350°C).

This moisture meter is particularly effective in measuring moisture content in liquid materials and is used in industries such as boiler installations, water-dosing systems, and diesel oil emulsion dispersion systems.
