The HC-05 TTL Module Bluetooth Transceiver with an enable/disable button is the latest in Bluetooth wireless serial communication! This model utilizes the popular HC-05/HC-06 modules. These modems function as a serial (RX/TX) conduit, allowing any serial data stream from 9600 to 115200 bps to be transmitted seamlessly between your computer and your target device.

The remote unit can be powered with a voltage ranging from 3.3V to 6V, making it easy to connect to batteries. All signal pins on the remote unit can tolerate 3V-6V, eliminating the need for level shifting.

Please do not connect this device directly to a serial port. An RS232 to TTL converter circuit or an Arduino XBee USB Adapter is required to interface it with a computer. You can solder either a 6-pin header or individual wires, as the unit does not come with a connector.

Refer to the related male and female pins below. The HC-05/06 can be configured by the user to operate as either a Master or Slave; however, the HC-06 is fixed as either Master or Slave, but customization is possible.
