Inhouse product
Fe-based nanocrystalline ribbons are advanced soft magnetic materials engineered for superior performance in high-frequency, low-loss power applications. Produced by rapid solidification of iron-based alloys followed by precise thermal annealing, these ribbons consist of ultra-fine grain structures in the nanometer range, offering exceptional magnetic permeability, high saturation flux density, and minimal core loss.
These ribbons are widely used in manufacturing high-efficiency transformer cores, common mode chokes, power inductors, and magnetic shielding components. Their optimized magnetic properties enable reduced size and weight in electronic components while improving energy efficiency and thermal stability.
Fe-based nanocrystalline ribbons are available in various grades and customized dimensions to meet application-specific requirements in industries such as power electronics, renewable energy systems, electric vehicles, telecommunications, and aerospace.
